Gvt& business are but 2 strings of society, are the workers simply to be told what's going to happen them & be grateful. Worker representation has to be involved as without them then any future plans will not be inclusive, let's not repeat errors of the past as we move forward

Glad I watched the video all the way through, as initially thought I was watching a pro government subjective based presentation (the blue tie & background added to my initial perception). Some good ideas, and feedback on the current state of productivity, and how we can do things better.

Why are you having a socialist that's intent on destroying Britain speaking on what's best for Britain?... everything he have said before the referendum about what would happen have proven not to be correct yet he's still talking. Britain would go under, well you're doing fine! Unemployment would explode - didn't happen! All companies would leave - didn't happen! Uncertainty?... are you saying the strong and proud British people are so scared, lack confidence and will that they have to be treated like babies by an un-elected, un-democratic and deeply corrupt EU government serving solely German interests? Really... did you fight them on the beaches and in the skies to hand over all control your democracy to Merkel?... then well done...

Personally, I want competent, representative people in those positions, and it doesn't seem to me that replacing one public school & Oxbridge educated, well connected 'right sort' of man with a public school & Oxbridge educated, well connected 'right sort' of woman moves us at all in that direction.

So will male candidates with better qualifications be able to sue on the grounds of discrimination? Since when has examining the shape of a persons genitals had any relevance for their suitability for a job except for Toilet Cleaners and the Pope?
